What are tokens?
Tokens are the one balance you use for everything on Totality - WhatsApp, SMS, email, calls and AI.
Do I pay for access every year?
No. Access is a one-time payment. It stays active as long as you buy at least 10,000 tokens each year, which you use for your own messaging, calling and AI.
What happens if I miss the yearly token minimum?
Your seats are paused and your data is kept safe for 1 month. To reactivate, pay a 5,000-token reactivation fee plus the tokens you were short by.
Do tokens expire?
Yes, 12 months after purchase. Your oldest tokens are always used first, and we remind you 60, 30 and 7 days before any tokens expire. Expired tokens are not refunded.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You pay only the difference - for example, Start to Team costs 20,000 tokens. Your earlier payment is never* wasted.
Is GST included?
No. All prices are before 18% GST, which is added at checkout when you buy tokens.
Can usage rates change?
Our rates follow WhatsApp and telecom partner costs. If those change, we publish the new rate with 30 days’ notice.
I’m an existing customer. What changes for me?
Nothing until your renewal. We’ll contact you well before renewal with a side-by-side of your current and new pricing.
